Gas steam generator does not ignite
1983 Burnham steam gas fired boiler will not fire up
Mar 03, 2012 · Now I can measure 260 mv at the gas valve, I think when the boiler is running. The gas valve says VS820 A 1054, opera VS824A Reg V5396A 3.5 adj. It also says "for 750mv power pile system only". Any idea what the gas vavle goes for, it is acting a little quirky, sticks and depressing the pilot down does not always produce a good flow of gas.
